个人简介：

田宇，博士，四川师范大学脑与心理科学研究院助理研究员，硕士研究生导师。担任中国心理学会时间心理学专委会委员、四川省心理学会社会心理学专委会副主任委员。研究方向为心理健康，涉及情绪加工、情绪调节、时间知觉、成瘾等领域。近期的研究重点聚焦于青少学业焦虑的发生机制和干预策略探索。

截止2025年9月，以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Neuroscience & Biobehavioral Reviews、Psychonomic Bulletin & Review、Cognitive Therapy and Research、Perception和《社区心理学研究》等高水平学术期刊发表论文二十余篇，合作在Sleep Medicine Reviews、International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction和《应用心理学》等期刊发表论文十余篇，累计被引用量426次，H指数9。
