个人简介

主要研究方向为情绪的神经生理学机制。曾经留学于英国牛津大学心理学系、日本国立精神神经研究中心、美国布朗大学、罗彻斯特大学,有着十几年的海外留学和工作经历。主要研究方向为:

(1)原创性地提出情绪的“三元色学说”。情绪是五彩缤纷、各色各样的,我们根据神经递质,提取出来人的四种基本情绪和多种复合情绪的理论。认为人有喜、怒、哀、惧四种基本情绪,并分别由多巴胺(喜)、五羟色胺(哀)和肾上腺素(恐和怒)介导。这三种神经递质就如同三原色,可以组合形成五彩缤纷的多种多样的复合情绪。

(2)对基本情绪的神经结构基础进行了探讨。喜怒哀惧四种基本情绪不仅有单独的神经递质介导,而且有不同的神经结构影响,比如杏仁核是恐惧的中枢,缰核参与了厌恶反应等。

(3)从细胞水平对情绪的神经调节进行探讨,比如星形胶质细胞的钙信号。星形胶质细胞钙信号可以诱发星形胶质释放神经递质,而且可以导致胶质淋巴系统的清除功能损伤,从而诱发神经退行性疾病,比如抑郁症和癫痫等。

曾经在Nature Medicine(IF=53.44)、Nature Neuroscience(IF=24.884)、Cell Stem Cell(IF=24.633)、Science signaling(IF=8.192)、PNAS(IF=11.205)等国内外学术期刊发表论文110余篇,SCI总索引2500余次,单篇引用最高达600余次。获得发明专利12件,主编《医学心理学》两部,《中医情绪心理学》《心身疾病的临床诊治与心理康复》《情绪心理学》各一部。其中《情绪心理学》是国家统编“十三五”规划教材和国内第一部情绪心理学教材;《中医情绪心理学》被评为2016年度“最受欢迎的十佳中医药好书”。2014年入选江苏省特聘教授,2015年入选“江苏六大人才高峰”。2014年回国以来领导和参与10余项国家及省部级项目。

目前担任许多国内外杂志的编委和客座主编,如Neural Plasticity (IF=3.6)、Oxidative medicine and cellular longevity(IF=6.5), Frontiers in Psychology (IF=2.9)、Frontiers in Neuroscience(IF=4.6), Frontiers in Neurology (IF=4.1), Frontiers in Neuroscience (IF=4.2), Frontiers in Cell and Devel Biology(IF=6.877),、《世界科学技术-中医药现代化》、《中华行为医学与脑科学杂志》、《山东中医药大学学报》、《安徽医药》等;担任众多杂志的特邀审稿人。担任10余个学术兼职,如中国心理学会理事、中国神经科学学会理事、世界神经科学学会会员、世界情绪研究学会会员等。
